What are Star Ratings:
Star ratings allow subscribers to rate your media. This allows our clients to evaluate their media and decide which playlists resonate best with their subscribers. Star ratings will give you access to see what classes are doing well and the type of content your members like.
On average, 93% of consumers say that online reviews influenced their purchase and selection decisions. Therefore, the better the reviews the better the retention and acquisition rate. Also subscribers will love to provide their input because they want the best experience possible.
How it will work:
Your subscribers will be able to rate and choose media based on other subscribers ratings. The user will be able to see average rating scores and the number of ratings that were recorded on different videos.

How to turn on and off:
When choosing your media for your Star Rating there are 3 simple steps:
- Scroll on the left side bar and click on Account
- Then click on ‘Storefront’ tab
- Scroll down the page until you see ‘User Ratings’
