Custom Emails

The Intelivideo platform sends three types of emails to your subscribers automatically. These email communications are customizable. 

They can include images, copy and links. Sample emails with HTML formatting are attached to this article. Please use these samples as guidelines and return them to your Client Success Manager. 

1. Welcome Email. This email includes subscriber login credentials.  A sample welcome email is attached to this article with an html formatting. This email can include images, copy and links.

2. Subscriber cancellation request email. A sequence of emails are sent to a subscriber when they request to cancel their subscription. Sample cancellation request emails with HTML formatting are attached to this article. This email can include images, copy and links.

3. Past Due Notice. An email is sent to a subscriber when Stripe is unable to charge the credit card on file in their account. Stripe will notify a subscriber 2 times before cancelling their subscription. A sample past due notice is attached to this article with an html formatting. This email can include images, copy and links.
