Customers can download videos to their device for offline viewing using the Intelivideo app. Once videos are downloaded into the app, customers can watch your videos anywhere offline without an Internet or Wi-Fi connection. The only way customers can download content is into the Intelivideo app; they are not able to download videos directly to a hard drive, burn them to DVDs or upload them into cloud storage.
If a client cancels their subscription or is issued a refund, they will no longer be able to access any content downloaded into the Intelivideo app.
