Intelivideo doesn't provide support to subscriber emails or phone calls that are not technical in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, refund requests, content creation requests, or general questions regarding the VOD offering or other products. For subscriber inquiries that are not technical in nature, Intelivideo will forward those inquiries along to the client.
